This executive home will sleep 16 guests, is on 2 levels and is located in the gated resort of Windsor at Westside, Kissimmee, where guests can also use the communal facilities featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero entry resort-style pool complete with a water-slide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and sundry shop and video arcade. Disney is approximately 15 minutes away.

There are 2 living areas, one on each floor, both of which have sofas and a TV. The main lounge has door to the pool, a dining room adjacent and opposite is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen bar, granite worktops and stainless-steel appliances. The villa is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The garage has been converted into a games room, which is air-conditioned, and features a pool table, air hockey and Foosball.

The pool faces west and has a Spa; this can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It backs onto a lake and has a shaded lanai and a child safety fence.
