The accommodation is on 2 levels and has 2 living areas, one on each floor. The upstairs living area has a sofa, TV, Foosball table and a wet bar. A pool table can be found in the garage. 

The entrance opens to the hub of the home with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stylish granite worktops, a large dining table opposite and ahead the main lounge with a door to the pool. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located downstairs

The pool has a spa; this can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It has a privacy hedge at the rear, a child safety fence and pool furniture.
