Welcome to this stunning home which has been decorated to a high standard and offers a games room and movie theatre.

Downstairs: There are 2 bedrooms, 1 is a master suite with pool access and a second bedroom with 2 Queen size  beds and a separate shower room.

There is a large open plan area where you will find a dining table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar and a lounge area with a door to the pool.

The garage has been converted into a harry Potter themed games room with  pool table and arcade games. Please note no consoles are provided.

There is a utility room with a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Upstairs is an amazing games area with a Foosball table, air-hockey desk arcade and a Mickey themed cinema area. The remaining 8 bedrooms are located on this floor.

The pool has a Spa which can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It does not have jets. There is a shaded lanai, table and chairs,a child safety fence and a BBQ . If guests wish to use the grill it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
