The villa is on two levels and will sleep 13 guests. There are 2 living areas; one at the entrance of the home with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area. The second lounge has a corner sofa, and a wall mounted TV. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and a door to the pool deck.

Also downstairs is a double bedroom and a full family bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, including 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey table and a smart TV.

Ther pool faces south and there are no rear neighbours. This villa also has an stand alone hot tub.
