This airy villa has a living room with sky high ceilings, comfy couches, a flat screen TV and a door to the pool. Opposite is a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. The villa is also equipped with a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

The garage has been converted into a games room and has a pool table, dart board and a Foosball table.

The pool has a Spa which can only be heated when pool heating is added (extra charge applies). There is a shaded lanai, access to a cloakroom and there are no rear neighbours.
